What is your favorite RAW moment? Dunno if I missed this being discussed somewhere else. I'd link a video but I'm lazy and also don't know if it would be allowed Mine is Jericho's debut in WWF. He was my favorite WCW wrestler and back then I watched the shows/PPV's but didn't really keep up on the rumors/news so I had no idea he was coming to WWE. And I drank a lot back then so that probably didn't help. Also, CM Punk's promo is really close to being the top spot.

For me, it's The Match That Never Happened.
I'm at a friend's house. Not just any friend, but my best friend, the guy who got me into professional wrestling. We were watching live as Chris Jericho faced then ultra-turbo-megaheel Triple H. Earl Hebner, who had some history with HHH, counts the 1-2-3 as Jericho wins the strap, and the crowd goes absolutely berserk. My friend and I were literally jumping up and down in front of the TV and hugging each other. It was an EPIC moment.
But it was not to last, as Triple H continued his bullying of Earl Hebner, forcing Hebner to nullify his decision after coercing him into admitting to fast-counting HHH. The count itself was questionable - not necessarily a blatant fast-count but definitely a bit quicker than usual. H kept the belt and Jericho gets robbed - and instantly becomes one of my favorite wrestlers ever.

If you can find a link to the video, the "You Tube" button will allow you to embed it when posting a new message. If you're worried about if I would let you do it, of course it's acceptable around here. Now, my favorite RAW moment was not involving in-ring action. It was Edge's farewell speech. It was genuine, it was heartfelt and it brought tears to my eyes.

I have to go with the original pipebomb speech. That's what got me really back in to it. I quit watching when the Attitude Era reached the point you couldn't even have the show on in certain company because of stupid shit like the Katie Vick incident and the Satanic In Ring Wedding. I had previously quit when I got tired of the cartoon characters they always pushed (Warrior and Hogan in particular).
Punk reminded me of what I had originally loved. It was always guys like Savage, Piper and Roberts that I loved because they were arguably heels, but they were more rogue than anything. They weren't part of cliques and would screw anyone at any time to get what they wanted. Most importantly they were awesome on the mic, albeit in different ways.
Punk was like that, but as a face. It was what the program can be, and it was compelling.
Then they fucked it up for the next year.

My favorite Raw moment was when Nexus finally went defunct. I hated those guys. Batista's pissy baby farewell speech brought many lulz as well. Oh and Michael Cole getting his face squashed against the Colemine!!

The one where Bret Hart is getting loaded onto an ambulance, and Austin jumps in and pummels the shit out of him.
