Let's start with the titles. Apparently, someone has been reading the internet and realizes that, just maybe, some of us old farts have a point:
WWE decided not to change the WWE Title or the World Heavyweight Title at Money in the Bank because of a new directive from Triple H. Word is that he now wants champions to hold their titles for longer than they have been.
The swerve is now when there is talk of how long someone has held the belt, it's Paul's way of letting us know that guys will hold it longer.
Evan Bourne's foot is healing nicely, but according to his Tweets yesterday, he still has at least a month of physical therapy, 3 times a week, before he'll be ready to start removing the ring rust. Here's hoping he learned his lesson about smoking stupid shit and watching his supplements.
The latest rumor on Kharma is that she has been quietly released in order to deal with the psychological issues surrounding her stillbirth, but the door is open for her to return at any time. This is also to give creative time to work out a proper return for her. My thought on a proper return - give Eve and Layla a program, put the belt on Eve in September. Let Eve dance around as "the invincible Diva" and Kharma returns at Survivor Series to lawn dart the living Bratz doll and trash the stupid butterfly belt.
Finally, in news from the WWE Films division: Halle Berry took a fall while filming a fight sequence for "The Hive" and suffered a minor head injury. On set personnel became concerned when Ms. Berry began vomiting after the fall, since that is a sign of a possible concussion, and had her transported by ambulance to a local hospital as a precaution. Ms. Berry was examined, treated and released.
