I just realized... HHH brought everyone else out there before the start of the promo, and Randy Orton was alone backstage for 15 minutes with everyone's bags...

Big Show can't be fired. He has an ironclad contract. he could interfere as much as he wants with no repercussions.

Creationist Ape: Big Show can't be fired. He has an ironclad contract. he could interfere as much as he wants with no repercussions. I think his contract is only ironclad when he's a heel... so it'll have to wait until next week...

WWE main event picture is in a good place right now.. I'm actually invested in this storyline Let me ask you a question.. If the stories are true, this is a build up to Wrestlemania. 8+ months away. Will it be worth that investment in 8 months? What if Bryan gets injured before then? Cena will be all healed up by then. I have a BIG issue with an 8 month build up that could potentially blow up anytime in 8 months.

All are good points and I see both sides. If this is a buildup to Mania, I'll give them credit for making a plan and sticking with it, or at least attempting to. Perhaps it can last til then since the McMahon aspect seems to be the build for Survivor Series, thank you Bonnie Hammer. :-P Remember, years ago, when dinosaurs roamed the earth, they booked WrestleMania a year ahead and marched down that road. That road had an even more brutal travel schedule. If I had the pencil, I'd pencil stuff in a year in advance and hit the big 4 PPV's as benchmarks leaving some wiggle room if someone got hurt. Yeah, a lot of us are pissed about the McMahon stuff, but it works with that crowd. That's the crowd that buys gimmicks and tix an PPV's. Bryan is white fucking hot, and is getting even hotter. Remember, the heels fucking the babyface over is a tool in the booker's bag that creates tons of heat. How does or how can the baby overcome the odds? The heels almost always get their comeuppance. As far as Raw overall, it was a total mixed bag. The opening segment was good. The Punk/Heyman stuff was good. The closing segment was well done. The rest was a low "meh" at best, unless I'm forgetting something.

DougieAXP: Auntie Cheesus : styckx : Double jobber entrance.. Omg And a crowd that is colder than Michigan in mid-December. I'm not watching, my husband is. I'm about to go upstairs and turn on MSNBC. What's your opinion of Chris Hayes? Seems to be taking him awhile to find his groove after leaving UP. I don't like the guy who now has Up....and Ezra Klein just tries too hard. I also have a crush on Maddow...and yes I know she's gay. Doesn't keep me from being attracted to a very smart opinionated woman. I enjoy Chris Hayes. He's taking a while to find his pace, but he's getting there. I don't bother with Steve Kornakie's show - Saturday and Sunday mornings are Cartoon Network and CW Network until around noonish. Rachel Maddow is my favorite talking head on that network, with Lawrence O'Donnell a close second. I like my left wing opinions with a wicked sense of humor.

The cable provider I have dropped Current like a hot rock after the sale was announced. I dropped my Sirius subscription back in 2010. MSNBC makes for perfect auditory Sominex for me.
