WE'RE ALREADY INTO THE SECOND HOUR! , BROTHER! oh wow. didn't even look at the clock once until i read that just to confirm you were right and it's not the 3 drinks in my system. goddamn this is never a fucking waste of two hours of my life. i want WWE to be that way. I do. i want to put it on and escape for the evening. I just can't. On Mondays, I tune out, run trivia games, and make lots of jokes. On Thursdays, I watch the show and comment on what's happening. HUGE difference. |

I have to say I've been impressed the past couple of weeks. Less Hogan than I was expecting (although I've been tuning in late), and like Smiths said, it's nice to see more than one wrestler happy with their job.

In TNA, Christian was a well respected multi-time champion. In WWE, he's not much of anything, even when they remember about him and put him on TV.
I wonder if he ever regrets his decision to leave.

Artist F.K.A. Verbaltoxin: Beth Phoenix was in the same position prior to leaving also. Shacking up with Edge gives her plenty of free time to learn guitar and upload shit to Soundcloud all day (Seriously that's what she does). yeah. I still wonder how they fucking wasted her. Honestly last I heard she had broken up with CM Punk, didn't get into the whole "Who banging who" thing. Artist F.K.A. Verbaltoxin: The Bellas both have WWE boyfriends too. So if they want their jobs back, all it takes is one, "Honey..." to John Cena or Daniel Bryan. hell, one fake tittied the second she left WWE. hated the Bellas. sorry. always did. they just like... were bad then good then bad and WWE treated everyone like a fucking idiot if they even tried to give a shit. Gail was with the Restaurant Impossible guy prior to leaving WWE. WWE doesn't give a fuck about women's wrestling. Notice the current champion hasn't been on Raw in like a month. The Bellas sucked but it was one part booking and one part bad training with them. They had potential be a decent heel act. |

this show revived my fandom with wrestling.
I know it's still wrestling and subject to "retard booking logic" and all.
But I just like seeing people who aren't dying in front of my eyes and just not being yelled at by announcers for hours on end and basically told to my face "FUCK YOU AND WHAT YOU CARE ABOUT OR WHO YOU WANT TO CHEER FOR OR ENJOY I WILL INJECT GOAT SEMEN IN YOUR EARS AND YOU WILL LIKE IT" on Thursday nights.
That tweet from AJ was the first time I remember hearing the words "tweet" or "Twitter" on this show. It's one thing to have a social media presence, but to make sure not two minutes go by without a mention of your awesome Twitter stats or neato app or fuckin' electrifying TOUTOUTOUTOUT is overcompensating.

Smiths: TNA is a 2 hour wrestling-based episodic TV show.
RAW is a 3 hour commercial for the countless other media ventures WWE has its testicles in. Good on WWE for being so ingrained everywhere and having all the other income sources. But their actual wrestling show sucks.
LADY TAPAS That's the real kicker. If WWE's wrestling product was good, they'd be rocking 4.0's every damn week. Smackdown would be bringing in 2.0's. They'd put up 165k+ buys on a b-grade pay per view. They literally leave money on the table by phoning it in, and not giving a shit. We're talking millions of dollars MILLIONS OF DOLLARS MILLIONSOFDOLLARS per quarter. Imagine if they gave a crap about their tag division, midcard belts, and pushed people not named Sheamus, Ryback, John Cena, or part timers.
