So, doing some work and watching bad reality TV about a couple of lame San Diego gangs and look what I see at the end:

..... welp. Now we just have to find out why those gangs in San Diego hate that Florida Wrestling Company Watch the show some time. I think they have the same scriptwriters.

I was reading about that show and the whole thing is nuts.
Basically they bought an existing MC. They came in, got the President to quit and took over. Then they set up the rival club under the President, who they proceeded to fire between seasons because he got caught touching a minor and because despite supposedly being a hard core biker is married to a cop. Now the production company owns the trademarks and is the managing member of the LLCs for these two "gangs".

I look at Aces & 8's as one of those things which will crumble and fall away. The positives from it is the angle helped make Bully Ray a proven singles star, and it might make something of Wes Brisco, if he ever learns to cut promos. That's not a whole lot of return on investment though. Really Lockdown should be the big blow off for this group, but sadly I don't think it will.

Laugh all y'all want about Aces and Eights, there's actually a germ of truth to the story.
After the promoter I worked for retired, another, small time promoter took over the name of the promotion. Now, my older brother, being a damn good motorcycle mechanic, had many friends in the Hell's Angels out of the foothills in northern California. When my brother mentioned I was working with the new guy and our biggest issue was security, the boys "volunteered" to work security for our venues. All they wanted was a chunk of the gate, to stash tool boxes on the vans and for no one to pay attention as they ran their drugs (hidden in the crankcases on the bikes) from one town to another.
I had forgotten about that episode. The promotion folded like a sheet after about 6 months.

You need to watch Bischoff's show. Trust me when I tell you that those guys are as far from the Angels as you can get while still involving motorcycles. One thing I know for sure is they are not the technical advisers to Bully and the boys because A&8's are a lot closer to a 1% gang than the "real" gang Bischoff bought. Their gang war is closer to a squabble between to cliques of high school girls than Angels vs. Bandidos. The gang war in West Side Story is more believable, even with the dancing.
