Of course... make Henry look like he's afraid of Khali, who he recently destroyed.

In today's edition of If I Were The Booker, I was thinking of a way that the Rock/Cena/Punk thing could have been booked without making anyone look weak. At the Rumble, Championship match goes on before the Rumble match. Takes shenanigans, just like we saw, but Punk retains. In the Rumble, Cena comes out at #25, like before. But #30? Rock. Rock and Cena are the final 2. Rock and Cena end up taking each other out. It looks like Rock is eliminated before Cena, so Cena is declared winner. The following night, footage shows that Rock was the actual winner. So to be fair to both men, Vince orders a Wrestlemania 10 moment -- First match of the night is Rock vs Punk for the title. Main Event is the winner of that match vs Cena. Rock wins the title from Punk to start Wrestlemania, and Cena wins it from Rock to end the show. In the end, everyone gets their win. Punk beats Rock to retain at RR, Rock beats Punk at WM, and then Cena beats Rock at WM. Instead, Punk is a delusional loser, Heyman offered up "Anything Vince Wants" in exchange for a useless stipulation that didn't come in to play after the first few minutes of the match, and Cena is still Cena. See, this isn't hard.... I'm seriously serious about changing the goddamn teevee.

For what it's worth, tonight's How I Met Your Mother was decent, for a season full of shit.
That show needed to end this season, not drag on for another.

I saw The ABC's of Death last night.
I didn't think it was as good as the buzz it's getting.
Letter D was my favorite.

If these guys had any chemistry it would be a good match. Lots of good moves etc but it came off like they were just going through the motions.

it was a non-title match, right?
so the big win doesn't matter

it was a non-title match, right? so the big win doesn't matter I thought in WWE logic, non-title win meant a) once again, midcard belts don't matter, and b) winner gets yet another title shot (Unless he's too important for it).

Creationist Ape: it was a non-title match, right? so the big win doesn't matter Well, yeah, WWE law states that the IC and US Champions aren't allowed to win non-title matches.

gunnyhighway: That should have been Santino's return. Poor Santino seems pretty damaged. He's been dealing with a neck injury, and his tweet about the MRI he had wasn't good. I don't think we'll seem him actively in the ring for a while.

Remember when Big E. Langston debuted and attacked John Cena? And how nothing came out of that and everyone just pretends it didn't happen?
That's some good work, creative.

Did Cole refer to Big E as being Dolph's "heavy"? or did I totally mis-hear that?
