-- Friday's episode of WWE SmackDown, which was a replay of the live show on Tuesday, did a 1.47 (1.5) cable rating with 2,134,000 viewers. That number was more than double the second-highest rated show on SyFy for Friday

Here is a complete list of all the indy names signed today and over the weekend to developmental deals with WWE.
* International star PAC was signed to a deal. He is known for his high-flying and is billed as "The Man That Gravity Forgot". He most recently appeared for Dragon Gate in the US and Japan.
* Matt Taven was signed and is going through testing. He worked a dark match at the most recent FCW TV taping and has previously appeared for ROH and DGUSA.
* Sara Del Rey is going through medical testing. She has been one of the top female indy workers of the past several years and has had runs in SHIMMER, CHIKARA and Ring of Honor.
* Mercedes Martinez is also rumored to have been offered a deal after recent WWE tryouts at developmental.
A lot of the top independent talents are being signed as part of Triple H's plan to overhaul the developmental system.

Feel free to spread it around. I even turned off the email activation requirement for accounts so that people can post immediately. Right now, it's limited in scope, but that's only because I don't have servers and an ISP in my basement. I find Reddit kind of difficult to navigate, but they do have www.reddit.com/r/SquaredCircle if you are looking for a wider group to discuss with. |

If Drew would at least acknowledge that the FARK wrestling threads create more income and less hassle for him than a singular user and her pet modmin, I would see that as him understanding the situation is not good for his business. As long as he continues to put off actually looking into the situation, I see that as a gigantic "up yers" and that he doesn't give a damn about people that generate over 2,000 page views per week for him.
If he actually fixes the problem, I'd shutter this place in a heartbeat. I don't have any real desire to run some insular little club.

I didn't mean for an exodus to occur or anything. I wanted attention brought to what was happening, which it was. it does seem nothing will be done about it. So really it's an "internet issue" in that is lasts about 4 days then stops. It sucks Drew seems to have taken no action on this, and it sucks people have to be wary now with what they post. That's where they fucked up. I was pissed when a friend, member of the community person whose posts I enjoyed was screwed over, but then they decided to punish all of us and that's when I said "fuck this noise." |

And don't get pissed at the "insular" remarks, it's just that here, there's no traffic... just the 20 to 30 people that we were able to cull from the herd... if that many. Basically, it's just a few people talking to each other instead of a large pool bouncing shit off of each other to try to one-up each other in the funny department.
