As long as Cena is active and the company insists on pushing him over any and every other up-and-coming talent, the WWE will stagnate.
At this point, Ziggler's build as the MITB winner has been so bad that his eventual championship run has already been damned to be no better than that of Jack Swagger.
I know the traditional answer to things like this is "Blame Vince," but there has to be more. There must be a reason that the company's so-called Creative department craps upon the most talented wrestlers to sign with the company. But for the life of me, I can't imagine what that reason could be.
