As crazy as it seems, Ryback should go over at Hell in a Cell. He doesn't have to be a 300+ day champ, he doesn't have to headline Wrestlemania, and he doesn't have to carry the company. They have a hot commodity and once again, WWE is going to let it fall through their lap. Trust me.
