For those who missed the debate I refer you to my post on Fark. Oh fuck it, I'll quote it here verbatim.
To recap: The Rock was totally off his game on the mic, which made John Cena's usually stale delivery seem really on-point. Given that they know they have over a month to go before Wrestlemania, they probably want to get people really interested since the product has gone sour to a pretty remarkable degree as of late. Gotta say, it was kinda weird seeing The Rock seemingly unable to deliver a promo, but the dude is a hell of an actor so I suspect he was pretending he had "lost his game" a bit to make Cena look like a more formidable contender.
