honestly it amazes me he has been gone this long. i remember before i started watching (pre-Slammiversary) i would read things about him actually banging Angle's wife or some shit and his wife dying of cancer and shit.
just so weird... TNA was so Springer.
Yea his wife died of breast cancer in 2007, then he married Angle's former wife in 2010.
It's still weird.

If you can look good against Williams, that's a good sign. He's the OVW trainer, so he's going to really be *the* one to help the kid show if he deserves the shot or not.

I don't get how the keep booking Storm to look like a doof. He gets a microsecond title reign, then kicks Roode through the cage, gets made a red herring in the Aces n 8's storyline, and then loses the BFG due to a bottle shot. For fucks's sake, just push the guy and stop making him look like a dumbass.

Austin Aries happened.
And they rolled with it.
Best thing they coulda done, too. The Aries/Rooooo match was amazing, and the fact that they pulled the trigger on Aries meant that they could focus on Cowboy/Roooo without any additional shenanigans.

Remember Wrestlemania 25? Orton/HHH? It was a blood feud. Orton had taken out every member of the McMahon family, including Steph! The main event of The Twenty Fifth Anniversary Of Wrestlemania, and it should have rivaled the legendary Magnum TA / Tully Blanchard cage match in terms of brutality. Instead, it was a painfully dull, slow, plodding, totally neutered snore-fest because they wanted to keep Wrestlemania family friendly. Tonight showed that we don't have to worry about that happening at BFG. Storm and Rooooo are going to put on one hell of a show for us.
