Is this guy kind of an activist DA? One that likes to prosecute for the hell of it? Maybe it's my drunkenness, but from what I saw of the story the only possible jurisdiction he had is that WWE had a show in Albany and there may have been a delivery? If you have any links or thoughts on this, please share. I could see a federal prosecuter having jurisdiction, but a DA?
