JESUS CHRIST I'M SORRY DUDE. wow. fuck man. jesus. all sympathies from here. i'm giving you my feels  Thanks.. It's been fucked.. After the fact I found out he had a 26k tax lien sitting on the house.. 15-20k in CC debt.. I lived there (I'm 37) essentially taking care of him and watching him let his home go to shit.. House might be worth maybe 50-60k tops at this point if I'm lucky.. Long story short.. Since the house is worth shit, and he was so in debt.. I'm abandoning it and had to move in with mom. Both adminstrators in his will filled out the forms to relinquish their status.. Which leaves no one.. Cause I'm not taking on that shit.. Such a shitty week. Losing a father and then finding out he left you with what is essentially an unsaleable/unprofitable house. |
