there really wasn't a hell of a lot of resting yesterday.

I just caught parts of Raw between watching it with the lapper on the crapper and and at work. Looks like I didn't miss much.
- Rock's promos are weak as hell. He still has all the charisma and then some, but what did he do to earn a shot at the champ besides being The Rock? Nothing. I wouldn't book an indy like this. It's horse shit. Even in WWE. Rock ain't gonna work a full time schedule. Punk retains at the Rumble. Rocky will be blown up to high Heaven ten minutes in. Punk will carry that match and protect Rock. One can be in great shape but getting into the ring to work a match is a whole 'nother story. Rock looks like a million bucks, but he can't work like he used to. He's 41. That don't mean shit. He hasn't been working matches since last year, he was blown up with Cena last year minutes into the match. I ain't one who is a physical specimen by any means, but I know when someone's blown up.
- It's also time to not do nostalgia pops. Bring them in for whatever, if they have something to bring to the table that's fine.
- And can we do away with the stupid gimmicks? Kevin Kelly, now with ROH has said, and I agree with him that just because of his name, Dolph Ziggler will never be WWE champ.
- Christ it's cold outside. I'm calling a cab.
