Missed RAW last night and looks like I made the right choice and just read the Impact spoilers.. Looks like I might go winter without any wrestling.. Both companies are in not even trying mode.

so anyway, read the recap. Why did they even do the Maddox costing Ryback the title thing? What was that point? so 3 weeks later they could just have Ryback kill him. Okay. TNA has spoilers out for this week; I definitely won't be around for Thursday (kinda MIA from Thursday -> Sunday or so) I'll probably read them today. It's called closure. I know it's something we haven't seen for a while. But they made Ryback look like an asshole, and there were definite negative fan reactions. |

It was like "at least they followed it up" but reading that thing was like "umm... Rybacks not just being a 'you cost me the title' person here... he's being a dick" He went way too far. There were fans jeering and telling him to stop. I think some people thought they were seeing a heel turn. The problem is it doesn't really close it because the why didn't make any sense, but they may be OK with that. This is, after all, an organization that had Punk fight HHH in a no DQ match less than a year ago that was absolutely brutal, and now has him running away from everyone. |
