"Year of Hell" could have been damn near a full season of show if they had played it right. if they had a dozen good episodes over their 7 years, then they had more good episodes than I remember.

Season 2 is solid. SERIOUSLY. I only skipped 3 or 4 episodes of that one.
Ther rest is rough.
Doctor and 7 of 9 episodes are solid 9as they are the truly interesting characters.
