Why the Crazy Old Bat should never answer her desk phone before she has lowered the amount of blood in the caffeine stream:
"I provide technical support for the Sandra Lee/Bimbo transition".
That should have been Sara Lee/Bimbo transition. Sandra Lee made the transition YEARS ago.

Ah Bimbo. My favorite bakery. Of course, it's not pronounced "bimbo" as in pancake chested ho, it pronounced "beeembo" My good friend Tim (no not Smiths, lol) works for Freihoffer's, which still produces some products under the Freihoffer's name but was bought out a few years ago by Bimbo. I went with Tim to the Freihoffer's Christmas party one year, and the sign on the door of the banquet hall said "Bimbo Bakeries". From that point forward that evening, the deeper I got in my cups, the more I enjoyed telling everyone they were all a bunch of bimbos. /good times.

You know when a technician is speaking interchangeably about a Citrix workaround and the desktop icon marked "Citrix Reachout", at some point the words "Citrix Reacharound" WILL come out of his mouth.
All one can do at that point is pray you remembered to mute your phone before you burst out laughing.
