- Just watched the main. Thought it was okay but predictable. AJ was alright as a ref. I thought they needed to do a better job of turning her during the heat on the outside. That was a little weak. I think my favorite spot in the match was when Paul E. pushed the rope so Punk could get the break leading to Paul E.'s ejection. I don't think Punk lost any heat over that finish.

- BTW, Sandow/Sheamus went almost 16 minutes. Really good match for TV. They need to do more of this. I don't think Sandow lost anything as much as I hated the finish. In fact, I thought that built him up and they need to start doing this more with some of the newer guys. Put them in a decent length match with an upper tier guy to see how they do in the TV environment.

- The dark match was Punk vs Sheamus with a DQ finish after Punk brained Sheamus with his belt. Punk then cut a "best in the world" promo.

- There was another round of JR appreciation after the dark main. It can be viewed here.

Here's what gets me. Damn near WWE fan loves JR. Why not do it during the broadcast? The combined run time of the arena footage is about 12 minutes if my drunken math is correct. Why not ditch the debate and the Ryback/Matt Bloom abortion and close the show with that? Do the Punk/JR thing late in the first hour or to start the second.

- BTW, I don't give two shits if Ryback botched or if Bloom lead-assed. I want to see neither. I lean toward a Ryback botch since they did the spot last week on Smackdown. I just don't see someone with Bloom's experience lead assing on TV. I'm not drunk enough to watch that again.

Also, props to DougieAXP on the kitteh rescue. Been adopted by several kittehs myself. One was when I was 4. She lasted 20 years before we had to make her go night-night. She killed everything and never clawed the furniture. There was another who was a stray that liked my '79 Town Car in 1997 when I went home between a station party and going to see Cheap Trick at Summerfest. I left the wing window down and she was sitting on the driver's seat when I came back. She looked at me and said, "Mrow." We took her in, got her spayed and fixed up after a fight. My mom named her Katie, I called her Genghis Khat in honor of a local worker.

I also laundered kittehs for my sister in that I was brought a kitten for a week. She, the kitteh was awesome. She pooped in the box. I also laundered Katie for a week in my subterranean deal and Katie sat in the in the gimmick. She pooped in the box. She walked around like she owned the place. Cats are natural heels. That's why I dig them. And they poop in the box when that's taken care of.

This week's WWE RAW drew a 2.5 cable rating, with an average of 3,502,000 viewers.

The first hour drew 3,436,000 viewers, the second hour had 3,598,000 viewers and the third and final hour drew 3,472,000 viewers. This was the lowest non-holiday RAW rating in 15 years.

Just two weeks ago, they were averaging over four million viewers.
