He was bitching long and loud about how migrating from one corporate domain to another has thoroughly messed up his ability to log onto his machine. So, I asked what error message he was getting when he tried to log on. The message: "Non system disk or disk error." Diagnostic partition doesn't even see a hard drive. But, it's the fault of having to change from one corporate structure to another in his mind. Bonus: Dude didn't even catch my meaning when I said "Oh, bless your heart."
